Product Description
Amorphous alloys have extremely low coercivity and high permeability.
In fabricating motor stators, we use amorphous alloys to replace
silicon steels, reducing core losses and significantly increasing the
efficiency of the motors. Coupled with a copper rotor, the efficiency of a 1.1 kW high-speed
asynchronous motor with an amorphous
alloy stator can
be as high as 90.42% while the output torque and the operational speed are
1.5N.m and 7000 rpm, respectively.
