CRRC Wind Power's offshore WTGSs are innovatively developed in combination with the Employer's demand for the rate of return and according to the specific sea area site conditions, so as to realize the optimal LCOE for customers. Integrated design of drive chain to improve the reliability of the WTGS

l 传动链采用纯扭矩传递，安全可靠；整个传动链采用一体化润滑系统，简洁高效；中速永磁发电机，传动效率更优。

l The drive chain performs transmission through pure torque, which is safe and reliable; the whole drive chain adopts an integrated lubrication system, simple and efficient; the medium-speed permanent magnet generator has been adopted, making a better transmission efficiency.

 

智能监控设计，保障机组安全运行

Intelligent monitoring design to ensure the safe operation of the WTGS

l 在采用多传感器监测的基础上，在机舱内布置巡检机器人，实现图像、温度、热辐射、表针读数、油位高度、运行状态的实时巡检，实现机组智能运维，保障机组安全运行，降低海上运维成本。

l On the basis of multi-sensor monitoring, inspection robots are arranged in the nacelle to realize real-time inspection of image, temperature, thermal radiation, gauge reading, oil level height, and operation status, so as to realize intelligent operation and maintenance of the WTGS, ensure safe operation of the WTGS, and reduce offshore operation and maintenance costs.
