In response to the national policy of planning and constructing large wind power PV bases in the "desert, gobi and wilderness", CRRC Zhuzhou launched the customized high-power WTGS for "desert, gobi and wilderness", and formulated the environmental adaptability scheme for the WTGS used in "desert, gobi and wilderness" according to the local characteristics of abundant wind resource, large base scale, obvious environmental characteristics and main transmission of electricity to outside. The WTGS inherits the excellent features of alpine sand resistance and highland locomotives. CRRC Zhuzhou completed a number of key innovative technology research and breakthroughs, and launched the 9.xMWD225 WTGS platform according to the specific consumption scenarios to help the construction of the ecological chain and make the desert, gobi and wilderness "green".

沙漠叶片定制化设计
Customized design of desert blades
l 气动设计,考虑沙蚀等对叶片气动性能的影响,选用低粗糙敏感度的翼型,保证叶片气动性能的稳定性;
l In the aerodynamic design, the influence of sand erosion on the aerodynamic performance of blades is considered, and airfoils with low roughness sensitivity are selected to ensure the stability of the aerodynamic performance of blades;
l 结构设计,考虑抗沙蚀的前缘保护膜及对应的维护措施,针对性设计叶片前缘保护装置,提升叶片抗沙蚀能力;
l In the structural design, the leading edge protective film against sand erosion and corresponding maintenance measures are considered, and the blade leading edge protective device is designed specifically to improve the blade's ability to resist sand erosion;
l 材料选择,选用耐紫外线性的表面涂层能材料,保证叶片的气动性能。
l In the material selection, UV-resistant surface coating materials are selected to ensure the aerodynamic performance of the blade.
