Maximum dispensing speeds for minimal lead times

With its new speed-dependent dispensing technology, RAMPF is setting new standards in the processing of reactive resin systems. Slow and precise around corners, ultra-fast in a straight line – dispensing robots can now achieve “lap times” like never before, more than halving lead times in series production. The new technology is based on volumetric forced dispensing and the direct coupling of dispensing capacity and axial feed, which makes the dispensing system extremely flexible and responsive. Where so far a material output at 13m/min was standard, RAMPF FlexSpeed dispensing robots can generate a peak performance up to 40m/min with constant sealing cross-sections and minimal corner radii. These peak values are especially easy to achieve when foaming, but significant potential for savings also exists when bonding components. The new technology optimizes machine output whilst mechanical load is kept at a minimum.
