The Paleisheuwel plant is located 150 km north of Cape Town, near the west coast, has 610 thousand photovoltaic panels distributed over 240 hectares, has an installed capacity of 82.5 MW and is capable of producing 153 GWh per year, equal to the annual consumption of 48 thousand South African families.
