Yellow Door Energy wins contract for United Foods solar project

The local Yellow Door Energy has been awarded a contract to develop a 2,000kWp rooftop solar project for United Foods in Dubai

The local Yellow Door Energy has been awarded a contract to develop a 2,000kWp rooftop solar project for United Foods in Dubai.

Yellow Door Energy will finance, design, build, operate and maintain the rooftop solar scheme at the United Foods Edible Oil and Fats Factory in the Jebel Ali industrial area of Dubai.

The 2,000kWp rooftop solar plant is expected to generate 3.3 million kilowatt-hours of clean energy a year. The solar plant will contain more than 4,000 photovoltaic (PV) solar panels.
