Geothermal Energy
Geothermal energy is thermal energy generated and stored below the earth's crust in underground reservoirs. It is the heat beneath the surface of the earth at varying temperatures and depths contained in the rocks and fluids as far down as the hot molten rock, called magma. Heat is continually produced in this layer, geothermanl energy is therefore a renewable energy source.
