The A. N. Wallis Cu-nnect Exothermic Welding process is a simple and economincal method of making permanent, very high quality electrical connections. The Cu-nnect electrical connection is a fusion of high conductivity, high copper content alloys that produce a molecular weld. The weld has at least twice the cross-sectional area of the conductors being joined and a current carrying capacity equal to or greater than that of the conductors, enabling it to withstand repeated fault currents.
